atmosphere we anticipate an extremely exciting and fun day for both
competitive and backyard players alike. All players will be competing
for serious cash, as well as new boxes, bags and any number of other
cool prizes donated by our sponsors. Not to mention, this year's
tournament is being held in conjunction with Quincy, Michigan's
Sesquicentennial Celebration, so there will be great food, live music, a
classic car show, kid events including a rock climbing wall, and even
fireworks!
The tournament is being held Saturday, August 23rd just west of Downtown
Quincy (a short three hours from Chicago, Indianapolis or Cleveland).
Doubles event check-in will begin at 9:00 with play beginning at
10:00am. In order to allow baggers to play in both singles and doubles
events, we have staggered play into morning and afternoon tournaments.
Singles play will be held immediately after the doubles event with an
estimated start time of 2:00pm. In both cases, check-in and late
registration will begin 1 hour in advance of tournament start times.

pre-register to avoid missing out. (Click Here to Register Now!)
To guarantee equal opportunity for all players, the Firehouse Classic
will consist of pool play, with the best team/player (possibly two) in
each pool advancing to a double elimination bracket tournament. Pool
play and early round bracket play format will be single match, first to
21 cancellation scoring. Semi-finals and finals will be best of three
game matches. Each team/player will be guaranteed 4 games. Official
American Cornhole rules will apply. See official game rules at:
http://www.playcornhole.org/rules.shtml.
In order to allow players to compete in both singles and doubles events,
we have staggered the tournament with doubles in the morning and
singles in the afternoon. We strongly encourage players to play in both
events and have priced the tournament to encourage them to do
