Windy City Bags - Professional Boxes

We use the best materials money can buy and construct them to the highest standards in our industry. Windy City boxes are crafted in our 7,000 sq foot custom cabinet shop and painting facility. The same machinery we use to cut our box parts is used to cut customer cabinetry, precision automotive parts and camping equipment.

We use only 3/4 inch cabinet grade plywood that retails at around $80 per sheet. Our CNC supplied cuts are exact. Our hinges and hardware are all brass. When you see the box, you will feel the pride in craftsmanship that we stand by. Gameplay on our boxes is unparalleled. Bags slide, they don't stick or bounce. The finish coats on the boxes are perfect. Joints are beveled to fit tight and exposed edges are routered.

Windy City Professional-Series

The gold standard and absolute preference of professional Cornhole players around the country is the Windy City “Pro-series” line of competition grade boxes. Unlike our Tournament Series, these boxes are shipped completely unfinished allowing professional baggers and finicky players alike to apply a finish of the texture and appearance that fits their individual playing style and life style.

Like all Windy City products, the Pro-series is computer milled to exact standards, and constructed using only the finest cabinet grade ¾ inch material and cabinet hardware available. We offer the Pro-series in one of three unfinished materials. Our top sellers are Red Oak or Maple for clear finishes, but we also offer a Grade-AA paintable material for solid color paints and stains.

Windy City Tournament-Series

It's hard to compete against cornhole perfection. For that reason alone, Windy City Bags has continually produced the Windy City Tournament Series line of boxes to do just that. We start with the same exacting construction standards that we apply to our Pro-Series boxes. The one difference is that the WCB Tournament Series is completed with a rock hard, durable paint or clear coat finish to make them ready to play the second
you tear them out of the box.

Windy City Collapsible

The best designed and constructed collapsible box set on the market, the WCB Collapsible is made completely from cabinet grade, 3/4 inch plywood giving it uncompromising professional playability, in a form factor that is compact and light, but also as durable as any other full-sized box on the market. The secret is a single double hinge, double bracket rear leg. This allows the box to sit level and wobble free on virtually any playing surface. It also creates fewer moving parts to stress and break. Put

Windy City Elite

Our flagship product and by far our most popular box product, the WCB Elite is the best and most uniquely designed bag toss box on the market. Like all Windy City boxes, we start with the finest computerized, mill cut 3/4 inch material, perfectly mitered and beveled on every box. The most popular and signature feature of the Elite series is the drink holders. Recessed in the back of every box is a four drink beverage holder perfect
for protecting your favorite game beverage from stray bags and staggering baggers alike. The drink holders are perfect for a can, a 12 oz bottle and for up to a 20 oz cup and because they are an actual part of the boxes themselves there is never the worry of them getting left behind or walking away in a busy playing area.

We are not sure how we did it, but the Windy City Ultra-lite has created what we believe to be the new top end standard in the bean toss universe. Designed after our Elite Series, the Ultra-lite features computer cut our sides to reduce the overall weight of our Elite series by nearly 30%. Not only does it have the same great features as our Elite series like beverage holders and front edge reveal, it has extremely fashionable cut
out sides that look great, but also weigh significantly less.
